Duel Masters and other horrible cartoons
 

So, I was watching toonami, waiting for the good shows to come on, when I see this piece of garbage. Dear god, it was like Yu-Gi-Oh mated with the contents of a medical waste dump. How is this possible? ...I don't know.

So anyways, share your experiences of the worst cartoons to be brodcasted.

Most shows are like that for kids. But have you ever watched DM all the way through an episode. They do so many funny jokes about how it actually is a cartoon that if you completely ignore the actual show it's kinda funny. And they make the paper out of medical waste.

Well, I guess it's just my preferences for humor.

No I was just anwering your question on how can they mix Yu-gi-oh with medical waste. They make their paper out of medical waste.

Code Lyoko or whatever it's called. Terrible pacing, Terrible dubbing, terrible art, and all around a poorly done show. It's only gimmick is that a couple of shots done in 3-D are mixed in.

What do you expect of it? It's an anime made by the French. THE FRENCH.

Yu-gi-oh was destroyed by the dubbing process, although the original wasn't altogether that great, just a lot more dark. There are others which aren't even worth watching anymore in spite of nobel Japanese roots - then again - there's a lot of horrible anime which is being produced and aired as I write this sentence. X-series, Gravion, Samurai Deeper Kyo, Dragon Ball Z .. and so on.

Can you imagine what the prequel series of Rurouni Kenshin would be like in America? The whole show is basically Kenshin slaughtering people and then feeling sorry about it.(and by sorry about it I mean rampant cursing).

For the love of--are they still making Dragonball Z? Please, please tell me I misunderstood you. Or are they just re-airing the episodes they have for the umpteen-jillionth time? Either way, it's like seeing a long-dead loved one as a zombie. It almost makes me glad I don't have cable.

They are reairing the first lump of episodes (pre-frieza) redubbed with their current music and voice cast. In other words, they've run out of stuff.

Also, my vote goes to Ed, Edd, and Eddy as worst cartoon ever. Bad writing, ugly animation, and yet it's STILL ON THE AIR. Why? Is Cartoon Network simply trying to disprove the existance of God? Because it's working!
