JLU last episode? What the deuce?!
Just read Sosa's post on the main page. Someone explain. The show is over? Am I going to have to murder Bruce Timm? Or is Sosa dramatically trying to say that he's somehow unhappy with the show and he's not going to watch anymore? I'm confused and entirely distressed right now. Does anyone have answers? Anyone?

If you ask me it is more of a disdain thing. To get a feel for how Sosa thinks try out the Twinkin out column. It is also intensly ammusing. |
The show was cancelled a while ago, they're just now getting around to airing their backlog of produced episodes in the US. They've already aired in the U.K. and Canada, I believe, which means they can be downloaded from various places by now.
They did the same thing with Teen Titans and Megas XLR, incidentally. |
Umm... forgive my ignorance, but.. what's "JLU"? > >'

Justice League Unlimited.
Go watch it. Now. |
Damn, that's too bad. That and Samurai Jack were pretty much the pinnacle of current American animation as far as I'm concerned(they were both American, right?). Lets just hope they don't replace it with more pseudo-anime crap.

Sosa is just being an idiot. He knows not what he speaks.

Episode #33 - Patriot Act (Feb. 25) When an out of control super soldier threatens Metropolis, Green Arrow leads seven non-powered Justice Leaguers, including Crimson Avenger and Shining Knight, in a battle they can’t hope to win. Episode #34 - The Great Brain Robbery (Mar. 4) A mystical accident leads to Lex Luthor and the Flash's minds being swapped into each other's bodies. Episode #35 - Grudge Match (Mar. 11) Roulette starts Metabrawl ("The Cat and the Canary") again, this time with an all-female fight card made up of Justice Leaguers. Episode #36 - Far From Home (Mar. 18) Supergirl, Green Lantern and Green Arrow travel into the future where they meet the Legion of Super Heroes and their enemies The Fatal Five. Episode #37 - Ancient History (Mar. 25) The Shadow Thief returns and so does Hawkman as more mysteries from "Shadow of the Hawk" are explored. Episode #38 - Alive In a knock-down drag out battle on Earth and in space, the power moving behind the scenes of the villains is revealed leading to the most unexpected team-up in Justice League history. (Part 1) Episode #39 - Destroyer In a knock-down drag out battle on Earth and in space, the power moving behind the scenes of the villains is revealed leading to the most unexpected team-up in Justice League history. (Part 2) |
Wouldn't that constitute the "backlog of episodes," that someone else mentioned?

Thanks for the info. How recent is the cancellation announcement? I just picked up March's Wizard and there's a Bruce Timm interview regarding new Justice League....

I dont think they are cancelling it.
Besides I loved the last episode. A bad guy died for one simple reason, Luther thought his plan sucked. Best thing it was a point blank shot to the head. |
