Well, it was simply a fortuitious convergence. I had a crazy idea to get to the Mashirosen and everyone I talked to thought it was great, so I went and did it. POS has mentioned that POS Industries helped in the construction of the Mashirosen's defences and so having knowledge of the emergency overrides is quite reasonable. Put them together and BAM!
