I like to play along with movie editing tools and the such, so i decided to make a "lill'sommetin" based on the webcomic that i love so much (Yep, this is the one) so, this is for all fans, and hope you people like it!:D

Made on RM format, it has around 7mb...
If anyone wants to use it to promote the comic, be my guest, no need to ask, just give the proper credits, please...

Ack. If at all possible, can you save/upload a non-RealMedia version?

I have the habit on going with RM because normaly the file gets smaller, i just finished this today, so i was kinda anxious to ut it out there... but now i can put some time on tempering with the Render options until something good can come out...

By tomorow there will be other versions to download, wmv and avi perhaps

What are you using to render the file?

And yeah a .mov or .wmv file would be much appreciated.

i was acutally surprised.. i was expecting it would end up with a 10-12mb file... this one is just 6mb!

And the non-talking faces were also kind of creepy.

Still, anything vaguely 8-bit related wins on at least some level. At least give the Mage of Darkness a hat, though.

I made these using the game "The Movies", but both costumes (And BM body paint, with the yellow hands) were Custom made by me... and its DAMN hard, especially because BM's costume on that movie dosent accept hats.. now that i made the first one, i can try, instead of modding new costumes, actually EDITING the Ini files and hexes to make hats that will fit there (just the same that i'll have to do with for RM...) right now im working on WM robes... when all LW are done i'll release the costumes as a mod for the game, being the "final fantasy costumes" and all...

Bare in mind this was my first try... from making the costumes to render the movies, it took 2 days (around 8/10 hours)...

Also, someoen asked me what im using to render this (sorry im = lazy) its all on Sony Vegas 6

OH! This is from The Movies, OK then. In that case the cool factor just increased by ten. Do what you can with the hats, if you can't get a hat to work in the engine I doubt anyone will complain.

I'll admit the "me-doken" Fighter shot was my favorite bit.

If you really want to do a full 8 Bit Movie using TM, I would wait till the expansion comes out....

Oh yeah, keep these off The Movies Online, cause if Activision likes it, they can take it without talking to you....

curse me and my mac os... my computer illiteracy is keeping me from watching it, anyone know ways to circumvent this?
