Hmm, alas I am delayed in writing my post. I just don't really have the time to write a fairly large combat post like is necessary at the moment. Fortunately, 'the moment' ends in about 12 hours after which I have examinations out of the way and should be able to get something done some time that day.

How do Tayuumi's powers work? When it says that she swings one way, but is actually attacking from somewhere else, what is going on?

Her powers form an illusion to make an attack look like it comes from one direction when she is possibly attacking from a different direction.

The real attack comes a second or so after the illusion as to not make it an instant hit. Like how Raikotsu could feel the real attack coming through the air a second after the illusion dissipated.

Example.

Tayuumi forms an illusion to make her look like she is attacking from the left. You see it and go to block to realize it is an illusion once it dissipates on contact. A second or so(lenience here) later the real attack comes from the right/up/diagonal etc.

Wouldn't they notice a second Tayuumi when she makes the illusion? Or does she somehow conceal herself while replicating herself?

Bingo. That is the full effect of her power. If you noticed in her first attack on Anbu, there were two of her. That's because she didn't use the energy to conceal her normal self as well.

DB, are you just completly ignoring Kazunori? He was about to try and stop you when he laid his hand on your shoulder, yet you ignored it.

Hey Armored? It's not neccesarily a blinding flash of light. It's more like, the kinda light you see before something Kasplodes.
