The boat would likely be on the shore right near the temple. So it'd work that Taken landed in it and everyone was there.

That's what I assumed was going on with the boat.

And now either one of these will happen.

Either Tayuumi is about to get completely beat down, Taken ignores her, Taken decides to postpone the fight or someone magically stops Tayuumi seconds before she lunges forward.

Well, Kirakiri uses his powers of bastardry yet again. The possibilities of threatening Sarai seemed irresistable. Deja vu perhaps.

He's going to need a good rest after all his hijinks in this day though.

I second the motion. His powers should be halved, so to get some balance. Otherwise he has the strength of two people.

Also, if the rock spirit is standing between you and your objectives, and it is large and wide with a huge armspan, shouldn't he, know, be able to reach you? Especially after you have been in heavy combat? Still, he got you anyway.

Now, I'm hoping that the members of team good hurry up and get to the boat. That spirit can only do so much. Soon he will be overwhelmed, and when that happens, we should be long gone otherwise ...:sweatdrop

Well, somebody has to die for reasons other than they didn't want to stay in the story anymore. I think that was the reason all the important characters were killed in the first Soldiers of Light. Well, that and Yuna's betrayal, and her actions only put more of my PCs to death.

EDIT: I just realized something. Knowing Kirie's long-distance "spark wave" attacks and her penchant for using oversized swords, she could do something like this...

Kirie had just about had it with the enemy. It was time to use...that.
"Time to use that attack that InuYasha guy taught me when he saw me training."
Kirie raised her oversized sword back over her other shoulder and-
"Take this! Backlash Wave!"
...And unleashed a furious tunnel of sharp crescent blades, destroying one of the split rock elementals. "Holy shit!" Kirie exclaimed, looking at her own sword. "How the hell did that attack do so much damage? Man, if I knew it'd be that powerful, I would've paid attention when he showed me that Windscar attack."

Well, since I intend to Add Raze, for at least this encounter, I might as well put out a character sheet. I need not one for Paul, as he's mostly comedic relief. But he is armed with a pistol, which gives him some power.

Age: 57 in existance, 22 when died, Angelita's body looks 19
Appearance: Angelita looks like a young seafarer's wife with thick, long black hair, and a pale body. She wears the garb of Treeport, with a long brown skirt and a green dress that looks like it blends into the brown skirt.

Raze himself has short black hair, bluish skin, glowy green eyes, sharp claws, small batlike wings, small horns and a tail. He also lacks his jaw which he covers in the best way possible. His very prescence gives off the feeling to the observer that he's not truly there, but rather a projection of something.

Weapons: Has a dagger, but usually uses whatever found.

Special Skill:Soul Feed: Regains strength from devouring the souls of the dead. In the living world it's hard to come by them as souls quickly depart to the spectral plane, but over there's an abundance to eat. Raze can get them shortly after someone dies, but there are also places where souls are in a state of unrest, and remain in the living world longer.

Plane Shift A: Can phaze his own flesh into the Spectral plane.

Plane Shift B/Possession: Can return to the living world using a freshly dead corpse. In a physical body Raze benefits from having something to retain his spirit in the Physical plane, so he does not lose energy as easily and needs to feed not as regularly. But his strength is only that of the body he's in.

He can then shift the body to become a physical manifestation of his spectral body, granting him his demonic strength and sharp claws. But in this form his grip on the plane of living is taken away, so he looses energy quickly and needs to feed constantly to keep himself from passing back into the spectral plane.

History: In this timeline, Raze's tale of woe begins before the battle for Talkatz's ressurection. Raze was ill fated to fall in love, be punished for trying to save his doomed love, and be ressurected in a freak disaster in which a terrible corruption was unleashed. He fought to seal it and free his beloved from her suffering, only for her to be completely consumed by it just as he was about to seal away the creature permanently.

In the end, he sought to destroy the corruption and save his beloved, though the corruption he saw disheartened him, as well as he was demoralized by having to devour souls to keep himself in what passed as 'living' in order to save someone who was already dead. In a horrific battle he destroyed the corruption for good, and freed his beloved soul. This should have been a happy thing, but no.

She went forth into the beyond, a place Raze could not go, and gave Raze her goodbyes, and gave him a means to be free from his curse. Raze was furious. He spurned the means and sealed it away, and set out on a life of destruction. He gorged himself on souls, traveled the world in darkness, seeking other means to escape his torment, Flinging himself into battle so that he might finally taste death, but none can do so.

But when he does meet someone who can do so, he runs, afraid. The forces of talkatz exist in the spirit world as well, and in them, Raze knows true fear. He hides in the body of a woman, who killed herself upon learning her husband has been lost at sea....and Raze's second story begins.

Extra: Firstly, Raze is no warrior. He's actually more of a poet, and knows little of how to fight. So far he has managed to win most of his fights out of beastly fighting, and the fact that he does not die very easily. How he has managed to accomplish feats to save his beloved and defeat the corruption is a wonder, perhaps only accomplished by his boundless devotion to her.

Secondly, He's loathing to leave Angelita's corpse, so he'll hang onto it for as long as possible, though if Angelita is struck down he'll take someone elses. It shouldnt' be too hard considering the high death counts any SoL battle has.

Thirdly, Raze is tremendously scared of Grim, and anyone who has spiritual ties to Talkatz.

Fourthly, Last SoL RP revealed that Raze's seemingly assorted demonic body parts (wings, tail, horns, claws) are actually like those of a long lost demonic race of illusionists, hinting that his transformation has made him like one instead of him simply being fused with a mishmash of body parts. What use or purpose this has is unknown.
