Animus the evolving RP: Interest/Signup
 

Ok so here is the background:

The time is now and the place, well its here. At least it was here and now but that was yesterday. Today you woke up to a whole new life in a place quite different from you're home. The strangest thing is that you have memories of this place and the life you lived here. Its almost like your consciousness was shifted into this alternate version off you in this alternate reality.

That's not all, of course. People in this new place seem to have abilities no person should have. Even stranger is the technological and scientific achievments are, well they just aren't what they used to be. Despite all your new memories of this new world and life you still remember everything about who you were before. Needless to say all this has been a little disorienting.

Ok so the premise is pretty basic every two threads the RP will shift to a new "universe" with different rules, powers, ect. Now you can, but don't have to, totally change your character during the universe switch. There should be enough commonality to keep most of your powers. Of course there is the off chance something won't translate well. Also during the switch players can drop and new players can join as they wish.

As for the "universes" this RP will visit that's partially up to you. I will be taking suggestions, as I can't think of everything myself. I will also choose based on relative popularity should it be rather evident. I'll, hopefully, have the new "universe" chosen and a modified signup in the discussion thread one thread before the switch. This should give everybody enough time to make changes or do whatever is needed to prepare.

I'll have something akin to a signup in here soon.

I still say WoT, FR, Middle Earth would be fun for this one.

I think that I shall use this RP to ween myself away from "life" and back into the forum.

alright I'll join up. I would like to see us end up in a video game universe. You know with extra lives, and jumping on enemies. Ala Game master. You all know what I'm talking about.

I'm still on a KHII kick so most of my characters will probably have Organization powers. Especially Xaldin's. Probably.

Heh, we could always revisit old, dead RPs as worlds/universes.
