Favorite Villains
 

As a lot of you may already be able to tell, I am usually a fan of the bad guys, to a certain extent, in many of the books I read, video games I play, and movies I watch. So allow me to throw this question to the forum public: Who is your favorite villain?

I have always been partial to Sephiroth, but you already know that since his back is my avitar. I also love Mina from the War of the Souls Trilogy in Dragonlance. She is a great evil version of Joan of Arc, saving the world through the power of the goddess of evil. When I was really young, my favorite movie was the old Disney movie, Sleeping Beauty. I simply thought the Maleficant was just awsome, especially when she summons the powers of hell to transform herself into a black dragon. I was actually disappointed when the goodie-goodies were able to slay her.:cool:

I'm also a worshipper of villains. They're usually a lot cooler and badasses than the good guys.

My first one was Melfice from Grandia II. Anything he did was hell amazing, from his sword and armor to his ultimate move(Forgot the name, it's like Purple Lighting of Ryudo).

Shadow from Sonic is also a badass.

I couldn't forget Sephiroth, one of the villains that did the best job of the videogame world, with Luca Blight at his side.

Yeah, Melfice was really cool. I also liked Avalon from Legaia 2, since he had some great theme music, and he is insanely difficult to defeat when he becomes the "Infinite One".:cool:

Kefka, of course, because he actually DID it.

He got toppled in the end, but so what, he managed to screw the rest of the world over like a red haired prostitute.

Now, as for cool villians. Probably Nihel from Nuklear Power. I really liked the guy, even though I hated him.

And Baltar, from BSG. Makes me want to kill him, that's why he's so damn cool.

Xemnas/Xehanort ~ OPne of the coolest bad guys in recent square games (PS2)
Kefka ~ True Destroyer of worlds, And (my opinion) oriignal model for the One Winged Angel.

Also, Darkseid, before they went and fucked him up.

I said in the Vs thread I wouldn't go into it, so I won't.

But seriously I mean they just fucked Darkseid right up.

I dunno, fifthfiend. You are quite the villain yourself. Only shiney can outstrip you in terms of villainy on this forum...
