The sort of ___but not really guy/girl
 

I was looking up black superheroes on Wiki(theres about 65) and I started thinking about all the characters that really should have been on that list. In many books/comics/games/cartoons, there's a character that behaves in certain "black" ways but is gnereally not human. Usually it's a reasonable cause for their appearance. They exist in a setting full of talking animals,robots, or aliens. the sort of black but not really guy has a few common traits
1: He has the deepest male voice on the show.
2: Said voice is clear and has no special traits such as growls,hisses,lisps,accents, or bizzare speach patterns
3:Is rarely over twenty, maximum age at about 40.
4: if the other characters have extreme hairstlyes, the sorta black guy will be bald.
5: If characters besides the sorta black guy are bald, they will never be as cool looking and people will make bald jokes about them, but not about the sorta black guy.
6: Often has an uncommon wisdom, But never gets to have the classic "Oldmanofthemountain" style wisdom generally knows a great deal about the very important thing the other characters need to save the day.
7: If part of an alien or other race, will have deep pride in that race and has a code seemingly like both busido and chivalry.
8: Is the second strongest fighter next to the star

there are lot's of other characters like this, the sorta gay character, the sorta latin character. But I don't have a good list yet. What other characters have you seen like this

John the Martian guy from JLU.

Jazz from the original Transformers

Morpheus from the Scorpian King. (I know, its a movie not a series but he is a total kinda black black guy.)

Raphael was totally the black Ninja Turtle.

Okay not the sarcastic prick cartoon version, but totally the pissed-off hardass movie version.

I always thought of Goliath from Gargoyles as the 'Black' one.but it breaks from your theory, as he's the leader of the group, and the rest of them are whiter than not-black. Also, he's voiced by a black man (a kickin' voice.)

Oh yeah, and Megatron. Megatron was totally a black guy.

Actually come to think of it, Optimus Prime could totally have been a black guy.

There's Namor, I mean, aside from his skin being white, Namor was totally a black guy. (By comparison - Aquaman is unquestionably a white guy.)
