Remembering that they needed to get a new super-intelligent ape-like animal, Calvin and co decided to head off to the nearest simian-mart(open 23 hours 59 minutes).

Simian-Mart was closed for Columbus Day, unfortunately, and so the gang was left with no other alternative but to go back in time to stop Christopher Columbus before his vile plan came to fruition.

The outcome of their adventure, which was very long a quite hillarious, was that Columbus day was one day later.

Unpredictably, Colombus Day's Eve was now also celebrated, so Simian-Mart was still closed.

Very upset at this, Calvin and Company decided to hold a protest in front of Simian-Mart.

With all their hearts, they protested this tragedy until about noon, when they got hungry and decided to go back to the diner.

"Xylophone bones" cursed Calvin as he sat eating his lunch at the diner.

"You know gents, I may be able to offer assistance to you," said a slightly siman voice behing them.

"Zounds, that is one simian-sounding voice," commented Calvin.

"Absolutely," Replied the voice, "For I am Mentholipticon, the talking ape."
