Fighter's Swords
Earlier today me and a friend of mine were discussing 8-Bit Theater, soon we came to the episode where they come to the house (667) and BM tells Fighter to go and knock down the door. It shows the sheaths of Fighter's swords before he goes and knocks on the door. We than started to argue over how many swords Fighter really does have. I say it is four (because he started off whith two than stole Drizzit's swords) my friend disagrees and says it's six for untold reasons. Now the question is how many swords does he have?

Your friend is silly. So far, Fighter has only four swords.
Now, I'm supposing your friend counted the four cinematic scene swords as four swords that Fighter originally had, then added two for Drizz'l's stolen pair. ...now watch someone come along and prove me wrong. |
Fighter: All Your Swords Are Belong To Us!
Well, he's THE Fighter, so he should be able to have as many swords as his grubby paws can carry. |
He might be refering to the fact that all four swords were katanas, and fighter's normal swords seem to be broadswords of some type. But then your friend must have missed BM's comment of "why are they the wrong shape?"
There are four: The two Fighter usually caries, plus Drizz'ls tow swords that Fighter took.
Drizz'l's swords which were later renamed to "stabby" and "slashy" by fighter and his original two. Sorry to your friend but I only count 4
Plus, you know, in FF1, which Brian just might half-respectfully follow, there is a four weapon limit in each characters inventory.
Red Mage will point that his A/C will be way slowed down, and his dexterity/agility/jump.
Why doesnt thief steal Stabby and slashy? he could sell´em for good price, eh?
I wonder if Fighter is gonna do the sword-chucks with Stabby and Slashy...
