We start with pretty much next to nothing. About 2000 Creds each. Also the weapons and parts list will expand over time. So IHMN like the gauss cannon? or do you want a Ballista?

are the rocket launchers shoulder mounted? can we have shoulder mounted laser weapons or machine guns and such?

Any of the weapons systems like in battle tech are capable of being shoulder mounted. Any weapon over 10 tons, I'm ruling, are incapable of being arm held.

I think there's a typo on the MG-50Vs. They cost the same as the M-16Vs. Check it out... Also, ballistic weapons (non-missile) which produce more heat than energy weapons? The mind boggles...

15 per ton of ammo, it is a gauss rail gun, those things can fling shots into space, or at least in theory. And the reason some of the enrgy weapons don't produce alot of heat is that they have built in cooling systems thus the power use when not firing.
