A question if you please
 

I recently looked at my User CP to find that I had received a "reputation" notice thingummy. Now apparently I have 9 points. I've never seen this on a forum before and I was wondering what it was... presumably its a bad thing but just to be sure...

Perhaps a search for the word "reputation" in the forum would provide you with all the information you need on the matter...

Thank you good sir. Though I'm still curious as to why I recieved it I merely said that I "hate fantasy crap". Doesn't seem especially provocatory.

Somebody must like fantasy. I mean, calling something crap is a fairly strong statement, all though, without knowing the context, I suppose they might have taken it the wrong way.

Regardless, I wouldn't worry about it. Very few people pay attention to Reputation.

A related question...

How exactly can you view your reputation points? All I see is the most recent reputation comment thingey. Can you help?

Click on YOUR reputation button next to one of YOUR posts. You know, the tick and cross thingy next to your EDIT button.

Sweet, is says I have 13. Is that good? I'm not really sure what is 'good,' 'average,' or 'bad' on these boards. Could someone tell me this, as well?

Keep in mind very few people actually use the Reputation button. I've been on forums which actively use it and let me tell you, there are many different ranks you can achieve. Heck, you can even get more little green square thingies.
