Rowan Atkinson as Kefka?! I may sick the goats on you. You people make me sick with your mockery of Kefka. Edward Norton might be able to do it. Anyway, I notice there aren't many FF6 roles even suggested.

Locke- Ashton Kutcher(I think he could step up to this)
Cyan- Viggo Mortenson(of Aragorn fame)
Edgar- Orlando Bloom(he fits so well)
Sabin- Chuck Norris(pull him out of the pit he's in)

Gogo- (Anybody, he says nothing, does little. This is where you could throw Walken in)
Strago- Sean Connery(it would be a little different from the vibe given off in the game, but funny)

Gau- (I don't even know, maybe CG even on this)

Setzer- Tom Cruise(with long white hair he would rock this part)

Umaro - Arnold Schwarzenegger
Gua - David Spade, just walks around bent over, like Gollum did.

I've only ever played FFX, so here's my opinion on the characters from that game.

Tidus: Shawn Ashmore, that guy who played Bobby Drake in X2. He's got the right look and he could actually make the character likeable.
Auron: Harrison Ford. Old guy who can still kick ass.
Rikku: Hillary Duff. She's the right age and she's got the right personality.
Wakka: Sean William Scott (with red-dyed hair). Do I really need to explain?
Yuna: Anna Paquin. Not only does she have the right look, she already has a chemistry with Ashmore.
Lulu: Liv Tyler. I think she could pull it off. She's very underrated as an actress, in my opinion.
Kimari (or however it's spelled): Micheal Clarke Duncan, either in a costume or doing voice work for a CG Kimari.
Seymour: Orlando Bloom. Just imagine him with that weird haircut.
Cid: A bald Rip Torn. He's just got the right voice and can convey the right attitude.
Jecht: Hugh Jackman.

Kefka and Edward Norton look so similar it scares me. However, I can't really imagine Norton playing the over-the-top insanity that would be part of the... the part. Eh... shut up.
Atkinson, on the other hand... take a look at him sometime when his face is not in Bean/grimace mode.

Jack, thou art a genius for suggesting Johnny Depp; so are you, Apletto, for DeNiro (though I still think Jackman would work better).

Zell abolutely must be Sean William Scott. No discussion.

I cringe at the thought of Mr. T as Barrett... maybe if it was a parody, but in a serious movie, naaah. Michael Clarke Duncan would be good, or possibly Marsellus Wallace from Pulp Fiction (Ving Rhames, was it?)

And finally... Willem Dafoe, eh? Spontaneously I'd say... Setzer.

Wil Wheaton as Tidus.

Hillary duff is to short and fat to play rikku. that and she is just too ugly. It wouldnt work. she'd never fit into her clothes, let alone look good them. :confused:

And the fact that it is Hillary Duff means she should not play the role of Rikku, or any other role, ever.

Who was the girl in Road Trip? She'd be a good Rikku.
