Strip 142 question

(This question didn't seem to fit in any of the sticky threads, so I'm posing it in its own undoubtedly-short-lived thread.)

The title of Episode 142 is "If You Recognize Both Quotes, You Need To Get Out More Often." One of the quotes is obvious -- Fighter paraphrases Obi-Wan in the final panel. But what's the other one?

To me, the only other line that feels like it might be a reference is BM's "In my house... where I live" bit. And I do have a lead: this Alan Partridge transcript. I'd never heard of the guy, but I suppose that's the point. However, it's hard to tell from a transcript whether this is a likely source.

So, does anyone know for sure what the second quote is? Or am I doomed to drown in the everlasting fire of uncertainty?

It has to do with the ghost wanting yesterday's newspaper. It's a scooby-doo quote.

Yeah, sounds like something the red-head (can't remember her name) would say.
