Animation Contest
 

Make any animation (stick figure, sprite, drawing, klaymation, whatever). I will judge them all and the winner gets a trophy. I will have judges and thus, will be in the contest myself. Judging will be done upon comedic value, how well done it is, smoothness of animation, consistency, and if it is the right length (if it goes on when it could have stopped or stops when it should have gone on).
Sections:

Custom Sprite: Animations including custom sprites.

Editted Sprite: Animations including editted sprites.

Stick: Animations with stick figures.

Other: Drawings, klaymation, etc.

Judges: Premonitions and Skyshot

I'll be a judge. And also, if your a judge, how exactly can you be in it?

You be judged by the other people. You don't judge your own work. If I'm a judge and you're a judge, then I will judge your work, you'll judge mine, and we'll both judge everything else.

Submissions begin now! All entries must be submitted by July 10.

That doesn't make sense. You shouldn't participate if you're going to be a judge, as well. It goes against pretty much every rule in the Unofficial Book of Rules for Judging Animations and Various Other Items on an Internet Message Board, written by me. Having only one judge evaluate your work while everyone else is judged by two isn't fair, because it's Different. Not to mention that a judge with an entry is inherently biased, no matter how hard you try. I know this isn't the Powerball Lottery or the Pulitzer Prize, but fair is fair. If you're going to be a judge, don't submit an entry to your own contest. Either bow out of judging, or bow out of the contest. Unless you can dazzle me with some sort of twisted logic, I won't allow it any other way.

I'd so own this contest if it wasn't so short-notice.
