Editted for you, Arhra!

I edited my post. I think I covered it all.

well, at the behest of arhra, I can't continously pull out similar objects of high power for long periods of time

Ok, just to clarify, Ultima is the most powerful spell. Period. Some spells can ignore resistance abilitites and absorbing ablities. Lets put it this way. If I cast Ultima, I'm casting all of the elements at once (on a side note, did you know McDonalds is an element? It's true! So is Soylent Green!). All 4 million of them. And, anthing that wouldn't get hurt by a certain element would be hurt by it. It would hurt a fire elemental with it's fire component. Same for something that would be resistant to poison, it would get poisoned.
This is why it is both the most powerful spell AND a one time use. It is far too powerful to be anything else. But then again, that's Ultima. The uber form? Well, like I said before, it is like a variation of the "Godly Rage", but instead of being devoid of emotion, he is pumped full of it. Generally I can't think straight during it. It will be used alot less than the last RP, as I doubt that a fellow forumer is a boss or enemy. Does that clear anything up? Don't worry, I'll try not to do anything overly... well you know. Although I don't expect you to trust that comment due to my history as a roleplayer. |
A non-sentient energy source would be like, an electrical socket, but it would not be, say, Raiden. If I wanted energy from Raiden I'd have to convince him to put it directly into my body.
As for the nannites, they can actually do much more than that stuff. What they do is they generally manipulate matter, but then Mother is there. Mother is an AI that was put in place to prevent abuse of the nannites, and so there are certain things that she blocks. Such as picking apart Twiddy's body and converting him to an energy source I can use. The teleportation would only work if there was a way to get there already, however small that way was. About half of the nannites would go through, and then one half would deconstruct me while the other half rebuilt me. |

My Next suggestion: Since Rezero is a creature of Universal order, eating large amounts of the minions of chaos will over-load his flexability, and cause him to implode. For instance, if he eats, say, over a hundred low-level goons without taking a break for a day or two. Eating any amount of chaos-imbued matter will make him sick. |
As I'm hoping to start the RP this weekend, anyone who's not approved by then will be dropped.
Mesden, approved. Just be careful with it. Steel, as I said before the only real problem is potential weird situaitons with the temporal telekinesis, so just be a little careful with that. Approved. Premonitions, approved. Garud, as I'm acclerating my timeline for a start, approved. However, I will be watching those two abilities closely. Newb, similarly approved but be careful. Rezero, anything along the lines of 'invulnerable except to this one weakness' just isn't really acceptable. Because what it essentially means is either your enemies can't hurt you or you are horribly screwed. Also, from a dramatic point of view, it isn't very interesting. By far the simplest solution is being able to be injured and killed like anyone else. People pending approval: Rezero Dragonsbane Twiddy Mad Jack Raiden |
Edited. If it's still too vague, I'll just show up as an NPC from time to time.

Alright, Arhra, hope this is what you wanted. I also hope that in my tired state this makes some type of sense.
-------- Twiddy is a natural magic user, and as such more bends reality than memorizes a bunch of spells and patterns like some other magic users. What this means is: he forces his will, or more commonly functions in harmony and influences his will, onto reality and matter itself to change it as he wants it changed. Because of this, giving concrete spells that the Wizard knows is not as helpful as giving the guidelines for what each soul uses most and has experience with. The main rule here is, the more reality bent, the more energy it takes to accomplish the spell or the longer it takes before the spell is executed. The normal Wizard generally prefers elemental magic and scanning magic as well as healing magic. Elemental magic can be summed up as a mixture of Final Fantasy black magic and geomancy. More specifically, it’s influencing the terrain around the Wizard to create barriers or to attack an opponent. He can also create such effects out of thin air like regular black magic, but it’s generally easier to use what’s in the environment around him. He also uses scanning magic, which is basically feeling the area around you and locating threats. However, in its more advanced forms, it can also see the future or places not in your immediate sight, basically the equivalent of having a third eye. Healing magic is mostly self explanatory. The Dark Wizard instead twists reality completely to his will. This cannot be described so easily, as it is the full might of magic, in a dramatic sense. He changes the composition of things more often than either of the other two souls. Because of this, he is affected more by the rule that the more he twists and bends the fabric of the universe, the more time and energy it takes. To put it simply, he uses elemental magic to a more twisted degree than the normal Wizard and he alters reality to be what he wants it to be, such as shifting into shadow or making barriers and shields out of thin air. Making imitations of himself is also a favorite of his. The Light Wizard uses mostly buffing magic and defensive spells, with healing spellings and offensive holy spells as a third option. Buffing magic can be described as status enhancing, such as increasing speed and strength, etc. He also uses a fair amount of defensive spells, which are basically shields against certain attacks. Healing spells are again self explanatory. Offensive holy spells are spells like holy, holy lance, etc. However, he doesn’t use those spells that often, more relying on his magically enhanced strength and Chaos Lance. And then, y’know, there’s the Nova. And of course, due to the fact that my personal preferences for magic may change over the course of the RP, this list could be completely useless by next month. |
Rezero, your character does not need to be uber-powerful. You can take a look at my character sheet. Rhiya's powerful, but flawed in so many places. She's piss weak in her first form, has a horrible, strong urge to TK (well... she just rampages in the general direction of everywhere) and gnaw on random NPFers in her second draconic form, and it just takes AGES for her to reach the third form or beyond.
Everything has to come in moderation, and it's more enjoyable if people aren't just unkillable save for one little thing. |
