The thing I like about this picture is its ambiguity. The cookie stealing seems to be perpetrated by a rabbit at first glance, but then you look at it and can't help but think how puppet-like the whole thing is. Also, the angle of the shot makes the right eye of the rabbit-puppet seem to sink into it's skull, which somehow reminds me of the old black-&-white movie Freaks.

All in all, an odd photo.

As for the winner, I have to agree with dojindog that NPF, as a whole, was not at peak form on this one. However, I can't reward someone simply for pointing out his competitors' inadequacies. So I am going to have to go with Ecurt this time. Way to go Ecurt! Runners up are Flarecobra and pictish.
