War of the Dragons IV
(OOC) Let's check in with Draca.
Draca had no clue how long she was out. It was dark, and it was pretty obvious it was a cell ment for dealing with rather dangerious people. From what she could see, the hallway outside her cell was extremely narrow, an open cell door would block most of it. With a sigh she slid down the wall, wondering what was going to happon to her. She didn't have to wait long. The door opened up, and in rushed a pair of figures. she felt a gag go over her mouth, keeping her from torching them, then was shoved out of the cell. "Our master is wanting you." One of them said, then rather roughly pushed her along. Soon they were at the den of the Dark Dragon, and her gag came off. "Ahh, I have heard that you were the one that was foretold to destroy me. Now we can't have that." he said, getting up from where he was resting. "What do you mean?" she said. "Heh, heh. Don't follow legonds much do you? It is foretold that one with the heart of man and th esprit of a dragon would rise up, and banish the darkness. Now, I relized that if I control the fated one, the legond cannot come true." he replied. One of the guys holding Draca ran to his master's side, and opened up a box. With a nod, the contents were removed. "This slave collor says otherwise." He said, and had it put on Draca. She thrashed around for a bit as the effects of the artifact began to take hold. After a minute, she stopped, then looked at him, almost in a warshipping mannor. "Dion will see to your taining." The dragon said, and th eguy who had the box led Draca away. |
ooc: Idiot Dragon. Always kill the one fated to destroy you.
Satsu couldn't wait to get off the boat. He had never been on a boat before and now knew why people hated them. But he did love the songs of the sailors. He had picked up a Guitar at the port to entertain himself with. It wasn't the same, but good enough for now. |
ooc: That's it...take the one fated to kill you right to your dungeon, no searching involved.
Guram gazed at the disheartened look on Satsu's face. "If you ever feel the urge, I could...acquire a new instrument for you." |
"It's not the same. I like my guitar. This one is just in the mean time so I don't get rusty."
|
(OOC: I can't wait long enough to get off the boat. I'm waking up now.)
Suroz groaned as he opened his eyes. He saw Ryu-yuuki staring at him intently. When the dragon saw that Suroz was awake, it yipped loudly. Suroz rubbed his head. He felt a bump. "What the hell happened....Guram!" The dragon jumped slightly when Suroz roared. Suroz found his sword, and walked right out of the room he was in. "Time to go see Guram, little guy." |
ooc: Showdown on the boat, eh?
|
(OOC: Who needs a showdown. I'll just beat you maliciously.)
Suroz walked angrily onto the top deck, where they could see the water. He found Guram and Satzu sitting by the edge. "Sic him, Ryu-yuuki." The dragon nodded, and ran over at Guram. With a leap, he knocked Guram to the ground. Suroz walked slowly over, and started to look at his sword while standing over Guram. "You know, Guram. I don't take kindly to being hit in the head." |
The elf squirmed under the weight of the dragon. "It's probably happened to you before. To take a dragon as a pet...you must've been hit in the head when you were young."
Guram thought to himself as the breeze blew through the sails, If I'm gonna die, I'd like to think I deserve it. |
Suroz looked blankly at Guram. He clicked his tongue, and Ryu-yuuki got off of him. Suroz grabbed Guram by the neck, picked him up, and began to dangle him over the railing of the boat.
"You know, Ryu-yuuki. It would be SO easy to just, let go." The water crashed against the boat underneath Guram. |
Guram's eyes remained fixed on the waves at least 30 feet below crashing against the hull. It was almost musical.
"Before you drop me, I have a question for the wizard. This medallion around my neck, it was given to me by my mother before the war. She said it was enchanted by a great wizard originating from a powerful group that watched over the lands and kept us safe. I just want to know if you know who it was." He looked over at the dragon standing idly against the crow's nest. Entangled around his toes was Guram's bow. Someday I'll make a new one outta your femur. |
