They aren't binocs, silly, they are from the middle slotted-headgear changing spirit! You could get sl blush, sl dark blinder, etc. etc. that all had NO effects, but were slotted midgear!

That's back near the end of 1.0. Kichi made a hunter clone of me with the capital i instead of lower case L. Was funny how many people he tricked into thinking he was me, despite being a hunter instead of sniper and talking nothing like me.
