I don't think that's the Rachel quest... unless there's some continuation to it I don't know about.

I've done said rachel quest about 4 times now, and during no part of it have I heard that utterance

EDIT: And if you look in his open party window, you'll see he is on a rekenber corp map, NOT a rachel sanc map

Yeah, you don't see people talking when you break into the temple, just horrible screaming and a room sprayed with blood

I will have to find out about this quest.
