You know the way the guy talks, with those short clipped phrases. Theres a sight out there (unfortunately I don't have the url), which takes advantage of that to splice his voice into saying a bunch of crazy stuff in a mock state of the union adress. Secretary Colin Powel, and Vice President Dick Cheiney, have faked evidence, [to support war in iraq] to the United Nations <Applause interrupts>
