I'm looking for anyone living in the Monterey Bay area of California who'd like to hang out.
I play plenty of games, and would also like to find a role playing group, so please contact me.

Yeah, I know they might close it down, which upsets me. Isn't the point of a forum to meet new people? I can't think of a better place to find people who live in your area.

Go outside into the city perhaps?

If it was going to be closed, it'd be closed by now. Settle. Although maybe a "meet-up" sticky thread or even a new section might be a good idea, if the rest of you would be interested. What do y'all say?

Well, if we're all asked, it sounds like a mighty fine idea, although I personally won't get that much out of it unless you all come over to Europe :). But I'd go for it (in fact, I seem to recall that we had something like this on TWC, or was that only for official conventions?).

I think it'd be a great idea. I've seen it used on other forums for people to find gaming groups, and it works very well.

I'm fine with it. I'm just saying that I've seen threads similar to this get closed down for safety reasons. That's why I gave him a warning.
