World of Warcraft = Time * Money :bbelt: It costs time and money.
Time = Money :thief: Business Slogan, Time is Money.
Money = √Evil :rmage: Money is the Root of All Evil.

Summary:
WoW = Time * Money
WoW = Money * Money
WoW = √Evil * √Evil
WoW = Evil

Yeah, though notice you can sub in WoW for anything you want. I first saw this math applying to women, instead of WoW.

But I mean, if you have to do math to know WoW is evil, you've already worked too hard. WoW and evil is like, a tautology.

But yet... I still see commercials of it everyday... people in my Advanced Placement Programming Class won't shut up about it... and (not quiet sure but I think) its considered the Best Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game in circulation.

And yet you still see women, dogs, cats, cars, and pies everyday. The world is run on a monetary economy so by your logic World= Evil.

I sure am! Who even questioned it?

And yeah, you know what? Can we give it a rest with the WoW bashing, already? The vast majority of it comes from people who have never played the game, and therefore have no real basis of judgment. It's a game that a lot of people, including myself, consider fun to play for an assortment of reasons. This "Well, it doesn't at all interest me, so it must be bad" logic that requires opinion to be used as fact is terribly annoying.

As for the original post, Axoren, you're trying too hard to present a vague, generalized point. So there's that.

The entire thread was created on the basis of WoW bashing, and you've just set yourself up to get a nice WoW-bashed response, so I vote we just close the thread already.

We like the games we like, hate the games we hate, cheese rocks, and there, I summarized the next 55 posts.

You forgot the bit where we debate whether cheese is better on bagels or burgers.

Also, WoW is an okay game. I play it like on and off here and there. If you want to bash something, bash the 10-year olds that play it that think they are leet or something.

I know there is more to your post than what I quoted.
