.... Ok, so a friend of mine has just gotten a boob job. To put it bluntly, you will DEFINITELY notice her in a mall now.

However, twice in two weeks she has been asked if she was a stripper. Once she was asked if she would strip privately (after saying she wasn't a stripper), and twice she has been asked to pose nude for photos for money.

So, a question... if a girl has fake boobs, why do people think she's a whore?

Because there a lot of guys that are pigs, and they're drawn to big breasts like moths to a flame? So... its not that they THINK she's a whore... its that they HOPE she is.

Also, a stripper isn't the same thing as a prostitute (whore), and there are a disgusting number of girls that are perfectly willing to bare themselves for enough money.

On another note... I'm curious. Most girls get fake breasts to get noticed. Now she's being noticed, so wouldn't than mean the surgery worked? Why complain?

She didn't get them to be noticed, she got them because she's wanted them for a long time. She would just like to be treated as a human, not as a human "who got fake boobs to be noticed".

Also, a whore sells her body for money.... don't get me wrong, I like strippers (the ones who aren't cracked out and high while dancing), but approaching someone in a mall and asking if she'd strip for money after she just told you she had a regular day job seems a little over the top.

EDIT: From a conversation with a friend just now... "And if giant boobs makes her feel good about herself, then she is going by the assumption that girls with big boobs get more in life, so she's doing it for the attention that they get..." .... what? I'm trying to lose weight, not so people will pay attention to me, but so that I'll be happy when I look in the mirror. However, that logic is IMPOSSIBLE to apply to someone who wants to, in this case, gain weight? In, er... specific areas?

mind you that your friend dindt talked to all men... only a few... and those, are indeed, probably "social retards"... thus, why they act like that...

Also, in all fairness, at least to some extent your friend did this Boob job to get more attention from the male part, right? So, its really a side-effect... with the good part, comes some of the bad part

a lot of guys are really just numbskulls who like to see porn sites about fake auditions, girls being semi-rape on Vans, and other nasty stupid stuff... so as they probably lack the skill to talk, aproach or relate to girls that stand out (Big clevage, big boobs, big ass, exotic clothing) they resort to "Show me boobie me give u monie"

Social double standard. Women (predominantly) are severely pressured into fitting a very narrow societal standard of 'attractive,' and often punished/labelled if they go through with it (whore, easy, shallow, etc).

The details have been left out, but given the information I have, I think I can safely say getting a boob job is a good way to get men to not treat you like a person, and instead treat you like boobs and ass. So, it may have been working contrary to the goal...

But yeah, if she wanted to be treated as a human, getting bigger breasts is usually not the way to do it. It makes brings out the horny prick in guys, and makes her get treated like a piece of meat. I feel bad that us male types are such assholes, I really do, but if I see a hot girl with big breasts... I see a hot girl with big breasts. Except I'm actually nice and I don't offer them money to take off their clothes. I treat them out to an expensive dinner instead.

And in case you didn't notice, I'm bullshitting like anything right now. Your friend just needs to get used to the fact that guys are assholes, and that they're more whoreish than she'll ever be, and she'll be fine.

She has resigned herself to it, but that doesn't stop her from being mad.

Sure, you might think she's a stripper. Sure, you might think she has a nekkid website (she doesn't). But at what point do you stop treating people with respect and dignity?

That's about it really. Popular society has pretty much set this equasion into everyone's heads: Girl+Big boobs=Sex worker. Now I'm sure that there's some deeper psycheratic reason behind it, but I'm just a Marine. Not a phychlogist.

Well... you know... about being confused with a stripper... something i must say is that sometimes is not about how her body looks... but sometimes is about her looks... clothing, makeup, acessories... stuff like that...

So, she might wanna take a look into that just to be sure

She dresses a hell of a lot more conservatively than the other girls at the mall, and the ones with big natural boobs sure didn't get propositioned to pose nude or strip privately...

Yes, as a friend pointed out, it is her onus to accept the consequences of her actions, but the consequences are "Guys are idiots", which is not so much her fault, as... the fact that guys choose to over-ride those urges that say "women are people" and go with the one that says "wow, I bet the slut attached to that rack would get freaky for a thousand bucks".

Double-standards, I know.
