(56k A-OK) Would a passing mod edit the title please?

In this thread we discuss bad/good/wacky fanarts or fanart-related things we've seen during out internet travels. Thhis thread isn't ment for self-promotion. I'll start with this:

If the next Mario game after the Wii one was like this that would be so cool. I like the realistic art style. I think Luigi benefits the most from this.

I like the whole vampire theme here. The colours are nice too.

Oh I can guess what goes through their minds (I have had many times where I drew... disturbing pictures of characters) but to vocalize it in words would cause a sane mind to crumble.

Well, let's see...

I saw Mario 2 and 3 for sure, and Donkey Kong. There was Kirby dressed up like Simon Belmont. Also noticed Ice Climbers, Mappy, Pac-Man, a Moogle from FF7, Bonk (from Bonk's Adventure) flying the ship from Gradius, I saw Protoman rescuing Princess Peach. A couple other Megaman references as well (Cutman, the big yellow one-eyed boss). Saw Mario driving the car from Outrun, the dog from Duck Hunt, Bubble Bobble, slimes from Dragon Warrior, Pit from Kid Icarus, King Hippo from Punch-Out, Dr. Robotnik, Food Fight, R.O.B. the robot, Gargoyle's Quest and Arthur from Ghosts and Goblins, Metroids, Hudson's Adventure Island, the owl from Zelda: OoT...I know there's stuff I'm missing, but I think some of those are from TurboGrafx games I never played.

Anyone else wanna fill in the blanks?

This isn't a (56k shouldn't) thread due to the thumbnails. Images usually load fine when you load 'em in a separate window (like you have posted here.)

Anyway, all I have to say... is Mario better think of something fast. And if you thought those arts were realistic Mudah, check the Super Mario Bros. Movie (With real people, not cartoons.) I thought it was cool.

Oh Mudah, there's also a cartoon series that used to air here on Broadcast at like 12 in the morning for mario bros. However, that series is long gone (stopped in the mid-90s.) It had a mix between real and cartoon.

I remember a super mario show. It's not the one you mentioned since there's no real people in it. I even have a few episodes on VHS. It still runs here in the UK, although it's all repeats obviously. I also did see that SM movie, and liked it too.
