Since we now have a pants topic, but no Cheese topic (I searched, we only have a Cheese Danish topic) I thought I'd even it up.

Anyway, favorite cheese? Any favorite/funny moments where you blurt out the word "Cheese"? Anything at all? Well then put it here!

First off, I've liked pretty much Munster, Monterary Jack and Colby all my life. I can't see myself without 'em.

What amazes me is nobody thought to make these threads until now.

I prefer a nice sharp cheddar, with crackers. Muenster's a fantastic cheese for burgers, but only if you know what you're doing when it comes to making a burger. Pepperjack, a once in a while thing.

Ok that was bad, but I like the stanky cheeses, throw in some good olives and some fresh good bread and I'm sold. Also muenster FTW.

I am eating Emmenthal right now, I have Extra Extra Aged White at home in the fidgeratorm a half pound of sharp goat cheese, a quarter pound of soft goat cheese, two containers of cream cheese, some Jalapeno Jack in a baggie, and three containers of grated romano.

Speaking of delis, anyone who claims not to like Provolone is a goddamn liar.

Also, ricotta with spinach is the best pizza topping ever.
