They alsp portedSuikoden I and II forthe PSP. And whowould have needed this port more than Japan? America, where its a highly coveted game selling for 60-100 dollars USED. But of course its Japan only...

Is this one coming for America?

Nobody knows yet. I hope it doesn, so I can import it.

Already posted this on the other FFT thread, but I just have to say something:

w00t!

I wonder if they are somehow going to get back Matsuno for the sequel to FFTA. They would have to make some s&m rituals involving chocobos, but damn, that would be the best christmas gift ever.

Both projects fall under a series of projects that Square Enix refers to as "Ivalice Alliance," Ivalice being the name of the world in which both Final Fantasy Tactics and Final Fantasy XII take place. Final Fantasy XII Revenant Wings, a DS offshoot of this year's PS2 blockbuster, also falls under this project.
Um... am I the only one here when they saw the words "Ivalice Alliance" started thinking of "Compilation of FFVII"?
And we know all too well how that worked out.

Square getting Millions of Dollars simply by using the name 'FFVII' on a bunch of medium Quality games with FMVs?

Lets just hope this makes up for the horrendous travesty known as FFTA.

Thats it! I have a serious confession to make. I played FFT when it came out...and hated it. Why you ask? I was practically 12 years old with no attention span. But now of all times I became a nut for SRPGs. FFTA? No problem. Disgaea? Yes please! ( I got my main party to lvl 9999 with great equips at lvl 100 each) Disgaea 2? Ill have some more sleepless nights thank you very much! (still working on this one). And trust me I have looked, but to no avail. There isnt a FFT around here short of ordering it through the internet (something I'd like to avoid, but will eventually have to resort to). So answer me this: After gorging myself on SRPGs, Is FFT worth it?

EVILNess 12-13-2006 10:45 PM

Yes, I think it is. Although it is not as deep as Disgaea, it has a great story (Albeit a bit convulated at points, but no more than Xenogears), and awesome characters ("Beat up Mustadio! OMG PHOENIX DOWN!" lol)

By the way, are those Onion Knights?

This is the information i got... mostly on french sites a few hours ago (before the IGN article was up anyway...)

Ivalice Alliance is Revenant Wings (DS) + Final Fantasy Tactics : The Lion War (PSP)

Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 2 is being discussed, but is not confirmed, not is it if it will be a DS or Gameboy advance title...

Also, on that image by mudah, there is a new class on the game, and we are going to have CG's (aparently)

Just add a few new equipaments, new graphics, 1 more dungeon and we're set Square!
