I'll just go ahead and vote all three, that way I'll cover all the bases. And yes, I could very well indeed vote for all three at the same time.

I myself never really got into Metal Gear Solid, though. But, from what I hear, its a good series.

Yeah its good, I'm going to buy the Twin Snakes for gamecube to see the MGS begining again.

i say waste of time and cash, i hear it will be a pre-quel and thus will not answer or justify the patriot plot. i was hoping to at the very least see a conclusion but oh no, kojima just has to artfully dodge us again. just the way he made excuses for himself on the raiden thing

How do you figure that? I'm not going to get into the entire known history of Metal Gear (because I already went into it, in depth here), but we really don't know much about Big Boss aside from the fact that his cells were used to create Solid Snake, and he tried to create a military nation twice.

Maybe, just maybe, in Metal Gear Solid 3, Big Boss might find out about the Patriots, and that's the reason why he starts up Outer Heaven, as a method to stop them. It'd make Big Boss's motives a bit clearer, as I suspect he was a ends justify the means sort of person, and kidnapping & killing people was justified (in his mind), if it got rid of the Patriots.

We'll at least hopefully discover a bit more about Solid, Liquid & Solution Snake (I refuse to call him Solidus).

Also, who's to say that none of the game will happen in the present? We make have a two chapter scenario, ala Metal Gear Solid 2.

I cant wait. I dont give a shit whether or not its good - the other games made up for it, and they were all like... freaking awesome. No matter if its good or bad, Im still going to play the hell out of it.

Do you actually have to eat in this game, or is that just an option? (I think you could kill snakes then eat them... Or maybe I'm just taking the title to literally)

Since you eat snakes, could you go cannible? That would be... wierd.

well its called snake eater for a few reasons.
1. its a nickname for rangers that if i remember Big Boss was a part of...
