Just to wonder about the Multicultural melting-pot of doom that we have around here...

What is on the Christmas dinner table on you city / country / house ?

And what do you bring to our comunity table this year?

A Puertorican dish usually consists of catching a pig, shoving a skewer up its ass and roasting it over an open fire. Yum!

BBQed roast pork with crackling, turkey breast, potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc. Pretty standard just done outside cause it's usually well over 35 C.

Pan seared ribeye steak, corn bread, broccoli and carrot casserole, baked potatoes

Spiral cut honey glazed ham, mashed taters, homemade breadrolls, stuffing, variety of steamed vegetables, sundry other fewds yet to be made that I am not in the know of.

PIE! and this redstuff.

The junkfood feast.

Birthday cake, holiday M&Ms, Choclate santas with the caramel filling, Reeses Peanut Butter cups, Ice Cream, Christmas Cookies, Candy Canes, Multi-Colored Candy Canes, and everything else that is candy.

No I'm being serious, we don't really have Christmas Dinner, everyone just gorges on candy, cake, and everything else.

Potatoe salad with maionesse, peas, carrots and olives, BBQ Turkey, Smoked Ham, Rice with corn and peas

Plus a Baked flour ( Flour + Butter + Bacon in a pan ) which i dont know how its called in english...

Ainda raisins... the my dog loves so much

All I know is we have meat here...
I'm not even sure what kind.
Hell, I don't even know if it IS meat!
It scares me...

Brown sugar cured roast ham, my mother's secret recipe creamy mashed potatoes, apple salad, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, caesar salad, whole wheat crackers and cheese, pumpkin pie, angel food cake with strawberries, bread, and of course, various forms of candy.

Oh, and as a little something special for the adults, we have malibu rum and several fun things to mix with it, such as pineapple juice, black cherry vanilla coke, and pepsi. :D
