A few quick things:

I started on the links page, but was then quickly distracted by Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes. I'll finish it up this week.

There's only one more thing we need to do to finish "Prelude" then we can start on "Orphen". Macharticle, those faces you drew in the bubbles, I need them again, only a bit more detailed.

CelesJessa and I were talking about how to have three artists work on the same project and here's an idea we came up with. What if it was one artist to a page. After one page was finished, the artist would send their art to the next artist (for positioning purposes). Each page would look a bit different since each artist has a different style, but I believe there should be some common ground you can find to draw at least a bit alike. I think that even if differences did appear, rather than hurt us, it would set us apart from others, give us some publicity. The only problem is that it would be a slow process. Any thoughts?

Hold off on drawing "Prelude" until I say so Mach. I'll post an updated script when I can, even though not much has changed.

As for my avatar, sorry about my inbox being full. You can check out the specifics here.

I think the idea of artists taking turns is a good one, albeit slow. Be sort of impromanga-ish. I jumped the gun and already did the first couple of pages (sorry). Just finishing the scene where Tychael slices the demon in half.

I switch styles every now and then, usually with every new inspiration, so I could probably quickly adapt to the styles of the other artists. Even now, the introduction scene looks a little different from the Prelude I drew, so...

Er, I don't mind if you didn't like it, I was just wondering if you say that speech bubble you asked me for?

Ack, sorry dude. That was awesome really. I just forgot about it. I've been trying to think of what you could do. I think I'll go ahead and do most of the bubbles and comic editing. I suppose you and m1 could work together. He's sorta our back-up man. If you've visited the website, try to come up with good color coordination and a better menu system.

I'll be out most of the day, but I'll finish up "prelude" tonight.

Alright. If you want to know how I did it, just ask me. I'm pretty good with pshop, so if you need help, i might be able to help.

Alright, I haven't done jack because I've been working too much now that I have two jobs. Technically, everything is done for "prelude", but monch wanted to get some more done on the website before we posted it.

I have a job for somebody who's good with photo editing software and such. We need a small watermark or logo or something to put on the images of our comic pages. Anybody who's good with designs can come up with it. I figure we could have a main logo for the website, and then put a smaller b&w one on each page.

I think I'll have time to double check the "orphen" script and repost it tommorow after 6. At that time, we will get started on it even if "prelude" isn't posted. If there are no objections, we will start that image moving process, but I'll post more about that tommorow.

Good night everyone.

Before I forget, everyone involved in the project needs to get MSN messenger. It will help communication a lot. This includes Kai and Sado, among others.

I got the links page finished, but it's not up because we are switching pages. I am purchasing fuitadnet and a domain. But before I can do that, we need to decide if we are going with "Wings Of Destiny" as the final name. I was thinking perhaps "Under Destiny's Wings", but it's up to you. With luck, we'll have something up and running in a couple weeks.

Because I know all of you are waiting, I decided to post "Prelude" on my own site. There are seven cameos in the first frame, can you spot them all. If anything is wrong, it's not to late to edit.

Now it's time to start work on "Orphan" ('bout time I learned to spell it right). Macharticle's work was alright, but I think it was too 'american'. We'll give the first page to CelesJessa (by random flip of coin). Follow the script, which I've reattached. If you have any questions, feel free to ask, and good luck.

I've been feeling a decrease in moral recently. Is this just me? I apologize for not getting my own butt in gear, but hopefully I can be a little more squared away now. It'll probably be one more week before I can get everything together in my own life, but stick with it people. It's everyone's dream to be part of something awesome and this is our chance.

There are a few people that I'm not sure where they stand right now as far as team members and contributors. This includes Exoduselder, Lockeownzj00, and the Usagi guy. You are welcome to do something to help, I'm just not sure what you want to do. Come up with something and do it.

Also, we need a lot more sketches of Raine. Anyone who can draw a little can help get a better idea of what she looks like. Stick to CelesJessa's drawing and good luck. I'm even gonna try my hand at it here, and I'm gonna need luck.

I think that's all. If I forgot anything, I'll post it later.

American, eh? I was mainly inspired by the 'Berserk' manga I came across recently, but oh well.

CelesJessa 03-23-2004 06:39 PM

Hey, I have a little problem. I can't see the first-episode attachment. I think it's in microsoft works/word and I don't have that and it won't let me open it in any of the other programs.

And I get the first page? *nerviousness* Alright, I'll try to do my best.

Okay, I redid it for notepad. You should be able to read it now. Let me know if there are any problems.

I was hoping for a larger response to the first episode. What does everyone think? Does it suck? :(
