Krylo is using swords, Rhuhael is... kinda using half a sword, and Celes has a knife. That's it for the sharp thingees.

Actually... Kith is a fencer type of fighter... that's a lot different than oriental sword play like Ranger's character would be using, so I don't see why he can't keep his katanas...

Although if you want to go with something else, that's lightningish... actually, I can't think of a good physical weapon for lightning, as that it's suppose to represent energy... umm... maybe a polearm?

Edit: I was also the first person to have lost his parents... Gee... I must be a trend setter.

Also, Kith and Ecurt's characters are the youngest... and mine is the least trained, so by the inverse law of RPG power properties... Kith shall be the most powerful! Muahahaha!

Bio: Catena thinks he was born on the streets and found by an orphanage. The truth is his parents were killed by their own… ‘servants’ who attacked from the basement. Catena’s personal maid (Legit) ran with the baby, since he would have most likely been killed. She also took a large amount of money before she left. She then dropped Catena off at an orphanage, then ran off and lived a rich life somewhere. While growing up, Catena naturally liked chains and whips for some odd reason. When he was rather young he left the orphanage, taking with him a whip he had found and two short chains. He lived on the streets of a city, learning to pick locks and steal from people. As he got older, he become stronger naturally, and living on the streets helped that even more. He later found that with the money he had, it was actually cheaper to travel and do random jobs at homes and farms, and live a better life style. On his travels, Catena has picked up several whips and many chains, along with many locks and lock picking equipment. Recently, he has joined Taez academy to work as a janitor, being given food, shelter, and a small amount of pay. Catena is still decided if he should join up to become a guardian.

Appearance: Take the guy in my avatar for the basic body of Catena.
Short, brown hair and brown eyes. Wear’s a black shirt and baggy jeans. Has a long chain wrapped around his torso diagonally, and another one opposite of that one. A long chain wraps around his left arm. Another chain is wrapped around his right arm. Long chain wrapped and hung from left shoulder. A smaller chain wrapped around his waist as a belt, every chain has a lock on it, except for five of them. Three of those unlocked chain has a whip holder on it, with a whip in them. The other two have locks on them, but pouches on them. One has lock picking equipment, the other money. Long chain wrapped around left leg. Two whips are held on small chains wrapped around a part of his right thigh and shin. Long chain wrapped around his left wrist.

Extra: Catena is new to Taez, but is very good at what he does. And despite being wrapped in chains, he can move rather flexibly, though he gets pitched from time to time.

IHMN--You should make your character earth aligned, and, as that he's a thief, have him try and steal the earth part of the Vera from the academy...

Why earth? I don't see this guy as taking hits, but giving out hits... (Earth = Defense, Fire = Strenght)

And he isn't a real thief, but he knows how to steal.

Earth just because that's the part of the Vera they keep... but yah... fire is probably better for a thief anyway, and I suppose if he's not REALLY a thief, he's not going to steal the vera anyway.

It's hard to take a guy named Cat in a Apple Pie seriously... I feel like changing his name to Catenan, just so Cat in an Apple Pie is grammatically correct.
