FF7-2: A LOT more stuff happens.
 

With FFX-2 coming out, and the creation of FF7: Advent Children underway, this leads to speculation that, would Square-Enix take this approach with other games? And what would happen? Example:

FF8-2: The Search for the Holy Hotdog
Zell's fabled hot dog collection has gone missing! Not only that, but Squall's been kidnapped! Although once everyone picks up the empties and gets themselves together from the large drinking parties that ensue, something has to be done. Join us as Zell is joined by Rinoa, Irvine, and a special guest appearence by Gary Coleman, as they look for Zell's missing wieners!

You forgot the part where Zell dithces his fisticuffs for a sub-machine gun, Rinoa now wears nothing but a thong, and Irvine sings J-pop for a living. Can't have an FF sequel without those...

I heard about this over and over again, FF7-2, where Aeris will be alive again.

Umm, NO! There was a reason why she died in FF7!! And all the people who were like "No we need her to come back, its too depressing"

The fact of the matter is, she is supposed to go so Cloud and Tifa can get together, DUH. And all the other people who dont like it, they whine about it.

There is no unsolved mystery in it, she died to save the planet, she became one with the planet...I mean..is this so hard to understand..it happened for a REASON!

Side Note: If Square made the first FF movie like FF7, then it would have gotten more hype than what they made! I mean come on, which had the better story line, and we see Sephiroph!!

One thing they should explain in FF7-2 is what exactly happened at the ending? It drove me crazy when I finished the game and all they showed was Red 13 running around with pups. What happened to Barret did he get back to his daughter? Was the City destroyed? Did the plane land safely? WHAT HAPPEND TO THEM?!?!?!

Least Square finally gave the Mana series the attention it so deserves... they damn well better bring the second and third installments to GBA, and have the three-player capibility inclided.

Was Advent Children gonna be a movie or a game?

I thought movie. Could be wrong.

I love FF6. Any kind of sequal would make me explode. That, or a remake. REMAKE!

Obviously if they're making a sequel set after the end of the game with at least Cloud alive, that's not the case.

It's a movie.
