Gamers Unite Vs The Ultimate Showdown
 

How many people are f'in sick of that gay ultimate showdown song. My dickwad of a friend listens to it every bloody lunch and I am sick of it. If you agree that that bastard of a song should die, post here.

What you need to do is just get your own mp3/cd/tape player and crank up something else during lunch. Maybe play "Dragula" or something else that's cool and drown him and his uglyness up.

Also, if you get songs like the ones from Jet Set Radio, then the sheer frenetic pace of the beats will make his and your other friend's attention span be sucked away from anything else.

Well the even worst thing is that he has memorized the song and now even sings the bloody thing too. so I dont know if Id be able to drown him out from himself. Also Im thinking about starting a petition to get it pulled off of youtube so that he cant watch it at school because they locked newgrounds out. Give me an opinion on this one.

Bad idea. School's likely to just block You Tube, too, if they get wind of it, and I'm not sure a petition would accomplish much, considering anyone can view most of the content there. I'd personally ask him to keep it down, play something else to drown him out (although I can't speak as to what, with my music tastes ^_^ ), or just plain move out of earshot of it. He'll get the message that you don't want to hear it if you're actually forced to do that, but sometimes drastic action is needed, and I don't think it would hurt your friendship as much as stomping on his MP3 player and throwing the remains in a toilet. :sweatdrop

it's THE ULTIMATE SHOWDOWN. it's a classic, give it a week or two and he'll get bored of it. one should never resort to trashing a superior piece of work like the
ultimate showdown for such petty reasons

Well, personally I thought it died out when the Chuck Norris jokes died out.

God I hate that song. It really isnt entertaining, and the Chuck Norris jokes even less so. On the subject of Chuck Norris, Bruce Lee can kick his ass any day (CH admitted to that fact)

I still hear Chuck Norris jokes. Some of them even incorporate Arnold Schwarzenegger and Mr. T. :gonk:

Oh come on, that songs cool, it got me into the band, "Lemon Demon" who are great.
