No. First of all, that's not the drinking age in Quebec, and second, university students are pretty much always either 18 or older. Even if the drinking age in Quebec was 19, no 18 year old has any problem with getting a fake id. The reason high-schoolers go there is both because of it being one year lower, and because it's enforced so little.

Again, it's only 18 for you in manitoba, quebec, and a couple other provinces. The rest of Canada has 19 as the drinking age.
Also, that seems pretty spammy right there gascmark. You might want to be more careful about that.
