"Well, I don't know what you mean by spending a long time getting dressed, it always takes me this long." She argued, disbelieving that she was being accused just because she took time in her appearances, "I was expecting that he was waking us up because Masters was going to give us the message he invited us here for," She continued, "I didn't want to meet with everyone dressed in my night shirt..." she was going to go on when Tedd pulled up the gun.
She thought a bit about what should be done with the gun, "Maybe there's some sort of safe on the boat that we could lock it in..."

"But what if the killer is the one to put the gun away? Then only he, or she, has axcess to the weapon."

Kaleb just stood there muttering "Idiots... all of them... idiots."

"Ahem." Once again it was time for him to be in the spotlight. "I believe that we should give it to one person, someone who can be trusted. I vote for me."

Raising his hand before anyone could object, he continued. "The cop here found the gun. He seemed to know where it was. The actor happened to come here later than everyone else, apparently having taken the time to change into a 'decent' set of clothes. You, Derrick, seem intent on making us go to sleep.

"Therefore, the best people would either be me or Kaleb. Seeing as it probably would be safer with me, I vote that I keep the gun.

"Does anyone vote otherwise?"

"I vote that we take the gun apart, and either throw the the pieces overboard, or everyone is given a piece of the dismantled gun."

Kaleb looked at the fool with amazement, "I actually agree with the man for once! He may lack vision and brain power but at least he had one idea."

He shook his head. "Dismantling the gun would ruin our best chance of self defense. However, if you feel that unsafe with the gun, you each take some bullets and I hold the empty gun."

Consultant had decided a while ago he didn't like Tedd. Not at all, but hopefully the otthers would be more...obedient. "Still, I stand by my first idea, and I say I keep the gun."

"I still don't see how me getting dressed and coming later than everyone makes me a suspect. If I had killed him than I would have probably already been dressed and ready to go." She reasoned, "and I don't agree with just you getting the gun, you seem awfully intent to point the finger at everyone else without any real evidence...." She trailed off, "Plus, if the killer preferred a gun, wouldn't they have shot Masters instead of slitting his throat?"

(OOC: man, I love mysteries. ^^ It's fun trying to figure them out. It reminds me of the homocide detective computer game I have... I wanna go play it again. ^_^ hehe)
