yes, warhammer is expensive enough that it takes forever to make a good sized army.

well, the only warhammer stats i'd have anybody deal with would be weapon skill (how good a thing is with weapons like spears swords that kind of thing) ballistic skill (how good a thing is with any projectile weapons like bow and arrow things, crossbows, things like that.) and leadership. but that might change by the time i get a sign up started.

um...what are the people goign to be like? humans, monsters, aliens, what?

i wuv the aliens in warhammer they have blades for arms and lots of cool stuff........but i want to be a necromancer dude..........oh yeah and the necron dudes are cool too!

right now i'm thinking of allowing anybody to play as one of high elves, orc & goblins (one race for the version i'd be running), bretonnia, the empire (although i'm considering having bretonnia and the empire share a file), vampire counts (i'm thinking you'd go for that one), lizard men, and tomb kings. although there are dark elves, beasts of chaos and hordes of chaos books out for the most recent revision, i'm trying to figure out how to incorporate them as npc races. other than that, i'll probably incorporate what ever races aren't used as npc races as well.
