Has anyone seen this show? Does anyone else think it is just the best ever?

Hardly. I just can't like any of the characters. The most likeable one in the first episode they made rather unlikeable in the second on after he essentially became the mob boss. The thing is, it would be very enjoyable if I only had to deal with these characters for 2 hours. But not a series.

So, I think that the creators of this series should probably just stick with movies.

Unlikeable characters would probably be a problem for me if I hadn't watched all six seasons of The Sopranos. Having done that, utterly unsympathetic protagonists present no particular dilemma.

I'm not too thrilled with some of the stereotyping and it kinda seems forty years out of date but the gleeful glorification of casual criminality brings me back every time.

It's not that I don't like the characters because I hate them, it's more that I can't be compelled to care about what happens to them either way. Perhaps I should have said I can't bring myself to care what happens to the characters. At all.

Oh, you thought Tommy was the most likeable character at first? Cause I thought Kevin was generally an all-around good guy.

The dialogue is much too spastic. I can't get into something that tries to be so real that it fails.

I have to admit, I'm a fan of the show. Unlikeable characters aren't a problem for me because I find them interesting, but I have to say my favorite part of the series is the narrator.

Cop: How do you know this.
Narrator (can't remember name): Oh I was there
Main Character: Where the hell did you come from?

Narrator's name=Joey Ice Cream.

• The Black Donnellys
• and plenty more...

They just don't put any thought into new shows anymore. Although HOUSE and BONES are pretty good along with LOST and HEROES.

You like Bones but not this show? Oh come on. At least this show has interesting plots.
