How can you ask such things? Fighter has brought more misery into black mage's life than an be accurately, realistically, or even possibly understood, explained, or believed. There is no word to describe how much he hates fighter... not even the almighty "omniloathe" comes close. He feels meganger towards this hateriffic omniloathed abhorination. Thats the only way it can be described.

Then again, without fighter there would be so little love in the party... and we all know how black mage's favorite magical attack needs love.

He isn't. Thief was lieing when he said that, his class change was activated by him throwing sand at BM.

BM has his own love to work with. He's so stuck on WM that after she breaks down at the failure of the last marriage, he'll shed his own single tear of compassion for her, and his love will explode into the rest of the universe, thereby negating the effects of all his Hadokens, but leaving him pretty much empty. WM will then see his "sacrifice" of his own love for her and commence to rehabilitate him, whether he still loves her or not. Because the true power of love is unlocked only when said love is given.

"bordered on sappy"? I disagree on that one there, because only the power of love can triumph in times of darkness. Also, since when can BM shed any tears? His face is covered up.

He's made references to crying before, though it was over Thief forging new contracts. He also used " J_L " eyes once when he realized he opened is yap to Sarda. Besides, just because you face is covered doesn't mean the tears don't flow. If it were that easy, you could stop crying by squeezing you eyes shut. With the currently most expressive "face," BM could cry just as well as anyone else.

Edit: Or maybe a zoom-in shot to a tear on blackness would work.

How bout BB's dead, now rotting back into the world and becoming one with it, the best you might ever see of him would be his spirit before it gets it's head bitten off by some other spirit.

And for Thief, he might suddenly loose his class change, but then gets it back by activating it the way it's spose to like how Red Mage and Fighter got theirs.

Though I still have issues on the 4th member of the group as well or if Black Mage is officially with them since he wasn't included in the groups upgrades, instead mr evil guy gave him powers, though this is all a bit unrelated.

In the present, I think Fighters still stupid as ever, reaching new peaks of stupidness without realising it, and like that other guy said he forgot he's stupid he's just that dumb :p Black Mage's comments were funny as well, as unhelpful to their efforts as they always are! So how will things move on now eh o,o?

1. Fighter's still as stupid as ever. He ruined RM's plan, and, assuming that he is evil, he just revealed himself. Between Garland, Bikke, and arguably BM, Vilbert, and Drizz'l, the strip REALLY doesn't need another evil idiot. Besides, Ranger, at least so far, has been clean, dispite his Crystal/Cresent lake that hinted that he was a psycopath.

2. My theroy for Theif is this: Theif stole the class change from a few seconds in the future. A few seconds later, it was stolen from him. So then, he stole it from himself in the time between when he stole it and it was stolen from him. Normally, this would probly cause the universe to explode, Sarda did something to fix it. Probly accidentally, because I doubt he would lift a finger to save the universe.

If you're gonna do spec it's a good idea to do it within the current thread or make a thread of your own if you think the topic merits discussion. The rules detail all this stuff I think so might be a good idea to read them again
