Patience is a good thing, but, he first stated that the game was about to begin 8 days ago.

He then apologized six days ago and said he was working on it.

Four days ago he said it would be beginning that night.

Three days ago he said he was doing it "right now".

The game thread has still not appeared, unless I'm missing it.

Perhaps a little impatience is justified?

I know that I, personally, would be a lot more understanding if he had said "I'm having problems, it'll start when it starts," instead of leading us on about how it's about to start right away for several days.

I am fully aware that it should have started by now. If he'd send me a list of the roles I'd have started it myself.

But give him time, a pile on Bookworm won't really help matters.

This is just delaying other Mafia GOs who would like to run a game from having their game being started. Not only that it is really destroying any semblance of faith that Bookie will be able to update the thread once it starts and I would hate to have a 4-month long mafia just because of lack of updates. I am with Nikose in that I will drop in the next few days if it hasn't started yet, sorry.

I'm going to jump on this dropping thing too if its not started in the next few days because Bookworm has been online in the past few days and posting in other threads. It also worries me as to how organized he is if its taking this long to set everything up and how that will affect the game.

EDIT: I would also be glad to help Bookie co-mod this game if he needs the help and if it would get the game to start quicker.
