DOUBLE EDIT: I'll give Ogianres till midnight tonight Eastern US time, or roughly 7 hours as of this edit, 5:16 PM, to send in his orders. Otherwise we proceed.

We really need to stop letting orders come in late. This game will flat out die if we keep stretching it on like this. I propose that we have a vote, and if people want to stop letting orders come in late, then we extend the deadline by only a few hours max, and if it doesn't come in, then that person doesn't get a move. If late orders aren't accepted, then the game will get a regular schedule, and people will be able to get orders in on time easier.

Greetings countries who's names are irrelevant!

I welcome the new visitor to the Fatherland! England has been kind enough to send a diplomat right to St. Petersburg, and we welcome them with open arms! (and loaded rifles).

We also invite our friends in Germany to join us for a visit, we have much to discuss, like trade relations with Switzerland, (Germany and England's unconditional surrender), and the price of tea. We have recently recieved a supply from our eastern border which tastes delightful!

On a sadder note, we are sorry to hear our enemys friends in Portugal are now under different rule. We do wish to reopen trade talks with that country, especially even though they are under a new government, due to the popularity of the funny hats they have.

News from the frontlines, the new "Time Limit" to our electronic devices has met with incredible success! Although it was a bumpy ride at first, most soldiers have retained use of thier fingers! Our neighbors to the east have just sent us the newest version of the completely military related 'Software', and the troops have given glowing reviews.

As is usually, Tsar Loki leaves you with a pearl of wisdom.
