OOC: The demons are alive. You missed that apparently. It isn't an undead army, the demons are living creatures...

Dezil nodded at Ciaran's comment on haste, and while the other Magitek went into the tunnel, Dezil quickly hopped out, leaving it on, and checked the Death Field. Making sure one last time every wire was good he then nodded and said, "Seems okay to me. I hope this works, cause I hon't want to find out which is stronger, a Demon or a Magitek..." Dezil then ran back and got in his Magitek again, powered up his A-M Field, and started off again, helping to lead the Magiteks into the cavern.

OOC: No, I caught that. Arc didn't though.

IC: "You're obviously all stupid. Ever pause to consider what happens to demons (if they ever ARE alive) when they're killed. There's an afterlife, and they came from hell once. What's to stop them from doing it again!?"

OOC: You don't know where the big gate goes. All you know is that a bunch of demons were in it.

IC:
Deamon stood atop of a large, demonic dragon in the air. Dozens of flying demonic creatures were in the clouds above Proes (Or close to it).

Stomping his foot on the dragon he was standing on, Deamon commanded it to fire. After it shot a large fireball at Proes, the rest of the flying demons did. And they kept shooting.

OOC: Seige first, go in and kill after.

"We don't need to kill them permenantly, we just need to buy time for the survivors to escape from Deamon's hordes. Once the field goes up, nothing will be able to enter Preos and survive except those protected by an A-M Field. We can't take on Deamon's full might yet, so we are doing what we can, and that's slowing him down since they will all have to travel back from the gate once we kill them, and that means they won't be here."
Dezil said to Arc as he headed towards the tunnel. Suddenly everyone heard rumbling as Deamon's first strike hit. Dezil muttered, "They have come..." Then he shook it off and shouted, "Speed this line up, everyone double time! Make sure the whole line is protected by the A-M Fields! We need to get out of here, now!"

Blyr checked a button marked "A-M Field." This must be the Anti-Magic field button... He pressed it, and a slightly noticably bubble popped up in a good-sized radius around his magitek, a slight distortion effect skewing his view outside the field.

"You heard the man! Get going!" Blyr yelled as he started down the passage, leading to freedom.

OOC: IHMN, Arc doesn't know about the big gate. He just knows there's an afterlife, they'll most likely go to hell, and since they've gotten out once, they can probably do it again.

IC: Arc ran after Blyr's Magitek, then skip hopped from the wall onto it. Or, he would've. But his sword bounced off the A-M field, and he was holding onto it, so...

He settled for running alongside them.

After everyone else had left the throne room, Ciaran followed quickly, goading his slave girl into a run, and releasing her after a few moments. "Go catch up to the magitek and hide in one of their A/M fields."

The girl nodded and ran ahead wordlessly, leaving Ciaran just inside the cavern. He turned and walked back to his throne, and cut a small slit in the back revealing a button, which the emperor pushed and then jumped away from, landing back in the cave, as the throne began to move upward, along with the rest of the floor that had moved to make a staircase leading into the cavern. Within a few seconds of gears along the wall's turning, the wall was in place again. Ciaran then took his drawn rapier and cut away a sizeable rock from one of the walls and jammed it into the gears, making certain that the mechanics wouldn't work again until someone removed it.

With that the emperor turned around and followed after the magitek swiftly. Within a few moments he was within the overlapping A/M fields, following along with the other refugees... and like them, he was hoping to any god that may exist that his plan would work.

(OOC: I'm just assuming everyone else left the room along with Blyr Arc and Dezil.)

OOC: Who are we waiting for to post?

OOC: Dragons are going to shot till city is in ruins...
