Alright i bet this has been done before but i am going to ask anyway. What is Your favorite Hand to Hand combat weapon.
What is your favorite Gun type weapon
and finally what is your favorite energy based attack.
I will do mine later... oh abd plese don't say just sword, there are many types so please be specific.

That blood sword or something from FF9. You could equip it and turn "rapid-fire" on your cheat controller on and just let your party waltz through the world all afternoon without you actually being there. The sword would refill your lost HP and you would get up to, like, lvl 67 before you came back from dinner :D

Gun? Ump45, the most underrated gun in CS.

Claymore

Enfield

Railgun

Kukri

Luger

Electromagnetism (can be devestating if you know where a cluster of magnetic asteroids are)

Falchion (This is the most badass weapon. The only thing that comes close is, maybe, a machete.)
Note: Almost everybody is going to say, "Katana!" But katana's are ugly and are only vicious in practice. Now, a Falchion may not be the ultimate hand to hand weapon, but if I used one I'd feel so like a badass.

Some kind of shiny, steel, western revolver that the cowboys used.

Energy based? I like the old "live wire secretly placed in a puddle where my foe is passing by" trick.

My own sword that i have The last samurai AKA the west wind very choicey. its a super light katana!!! and you can weild it single handed cost money though i knew what it was though so i practically stole hehe)
as for guns two words Desert Eagle its an attitude

This is the hardest. Either the Turbo Plasma Rifle from Fallout 2, or the Gatling Laser, same game.

Turbo plasma. Gatling is awesome, but think of how exhausting it'd be to carry it around and then be broke on ammo just when you need it most.

I guess that's gonna be my refined energy choice now too.

But the longsword? It's got efficiency and power, but does it have any class? I think not. You gotta be classy here. Pick an aluminum rapier over a traditional longsword.
