Viper Daimao said on the rules thread

The Double-Posting Thing: we don't like double-posting because it's kinda spammy and pointlessly takes up space. Double-posting looks kind of like this:

SomeUser: blahblahblahblahblahblahblahblah
(posted at 5:15:05 PM)
SomeUser: oh, and blahblahblahblahblahblah too
(posted at 5:15:07 PM)
Now who's spamming?! Don't quote rules if you can't follow them. Just accept defeat and go elsewheres. Also, what do you call the "unarmed man" jab?! Eh? FLAME!! FLAME FLAME FLAME!!! Fallen on your own sword, eh Neverwhere?

alright this really has become a dead horse, seein as how this has nothing to do with role playing or role playing games, but is simply discussing where threads should be and what you should do in specific threads.
Guess i don't know when to quit before i get burned :)

Neverwhere 11-21-2003 04:32 PM

? I respond to one while I type, then, after submitting my quick reply I notice that there was a new post while I was typing. I dont see how that is spamming at all. Im replying to each reply as I see them. If there are more than one that come in while i was typing the previous one, ill respond to both in that singular reply.

Wolf99x 11-21-2003 04:36 PM

Yeah, well I see what I see and call what I see. And I see a breach of a minor rule.

MC43 11-21-2003 04:45 PM

Actually Neverwhere... there's an edit button on your post so you can edit the post you just made.

Just a friendly reminder from your rival. Oh... and HA! I got you back!
