Well, it only seems like it's burning.

Name: Vlad Frost
Occupation: Lord of a Human City
Race: Vampire (Human)
Skills: Telepathy (Major in Domination and Psychic Crush), metamorphosis, control light and split personality.
[N]Weapons:[/B] Iron rapier.
Appearance: Attractive, young man with surprisingly tan skin for a vampire. Short, spiky black hair, deep blue eyes, and long fangs. Generally wear’s a long sleeved black jacket with a red shirt underneath. A long, red piece of clothing hangs down from the shirt in-between his legs. On that (Around the crotch area) is a emblem of a bat, his family’s symbol. Normal black pants as well.
If he must ever go outside during the day, he will wear several large black robes, cloaks, capes, and even carry around an umbrella.
Bio: Vlad is a relatively young vampire, only being a couple of hundred years old. He was biten by the chair(wo)men of the Vampire Council, who is possibly the original vampire, and is considered to be the most beautiful (human) vampire in the clan. She is part of the Council, he is expected to do more then most full families of vampires. However, his 'mother' can’t go out and rule over humans since their job is far too important, but Vlad must. His 'mother' had picked out a city for Vlad, a large mining city far away from most other human settlements. Vlad spent several years training himself with telepathy, being born with a large amount of psionic powers made this easier for him. His 'mother' was tired of waiting for Vlad to prepare himself, and forced Vlad to begin his take over. Vlad hated his 'mother' for this, being forced into a human city and death was his penalty for trying to escape. However, things became very easy for Vlad with his powers. Within three months he had already made a small army of mercenaries and towns guards. Using his army, Vlad forced the current mayor out of power, and proclaimed himself Lord. Soon, Vlad had his own castle made from the finest materials the town had to offer. As he moved into the castle, he took every attractive woman from the town with him. The men revolted, but were quickly defeated by Vlad’s mercenaries. Eventually, the women grew old and ugly, so Vlad dismissed them back to the village. Disappointed with the women Vlad’s mining town kept producing, he began to expand out to find the perfect trophy slave. Eventually he found one. (If Celes or batgirl (The only girls who might sign up) want to be my slave for whatever reason then say so). He is also now glad that his 'mother' forced him to do this.
Extra: Vlad considers himself superior to everyone, including his mother and the council.

(Any problems he may have had with outside forces would be either forced away, or his mother would have strings pulled with other vampire families)

Those powers should be ok, Ecurt... although danger sense and precognition seem pretty similiar.

And that Bio is ok too, IHMN... except one thing... I don't think vampires can reproduce, other than through biting (actually, Ren wanted to add that before... and I was like 'Well of course not, their little swimmers are all dead' I didn't think it would actually affect anything, so I didn't bother adding it to the changes), so I don't know how he would have two parents. You could just fix it so that his 'father' sired him from someone, and the it'd be good.

But I often hear about pure blood vampires... I had no idea how those are made, so I just assumed it works like humans (Vampires are 'dead' but do everything that is needed to live, so why can't their little swimmers?)

And what does sired mean?

Yah... some vampire mythos they can do that... most they can't. I prefer the ones that can't... mostly because I can't figure out how the hell a baby vampire would work... I mean, I've heard of kids gumming their moms a bit hard during breast feeding, but that's ridiculous.

And siring is just vampire talk for biting you and making you a vampire.

Well...not ALL vampires are infertile, or at least that's what I heard. Some vampires have been able to reproduce, or at least that's (once again) what I heard.

It may be possible, but I'd rather not delve into how exactly.

Well, how do baby anything agless work? And for a baby vampire, instead of bottles, you use human slaves for blood (I would assume a baby vampire would be born with it's fangs). If your only problem is the blood, it's not that hard to come up with excuses (Or worse examples forcing you to ignore it)

You know, we're going to end up with too many male slaves/slavers and not enough girls wanting to be their owners/slaves...Hmm.

Edit: On the vampires reproducing thing...

Number one, men would need A) blood for an erection and B) live sperm in semen.

Number two, women would need to ovulate. Now, the idea of a vampiress producing eggs just seems silly to me, in addition to that, in order for the egg to even be fertilized, she'd need to menstrate. And I don't think vampires menstrate. Cause they can't produce their own blood (otherwise, they wouldn't need to drink it...)...

In addition to this, vampires are essentially dead/undead, and the dead can't generally sexually reproduce, so...

I think I am probably going to be the only slaver, and Ecurt is probably going to be the only slave...
