The currency is named after the current emperor: Rastus... who, coincidentally, has a thing for centaurs.... particularily his head concubine--Anahita.

Anyway: The coins are called Rastarians.

Actually, he can. Just because he can't produce blood doesn't mean he can't use the blood he drank to swell up parts of his body.
