TV commercials you hate
 

As the title suggests this is a place to come and list any commercials you really hate, and please give a reason why.

I personally always hated those old PSP commercials. The reason being the stupid borderline racist squirles or dustmites that showed up in them and were three hairs away from saying the N word.

These Squirrels?

I dislike that commercial where it shows kids singing things like Nickleback, P.O.D - stuff like that.

Yup those are the squirrels. I always hated those PS3 commercials too. You know the ones where the PS3 would be sitting there and there would be at baby doll and it would start crying and a bunch of crazy shit would happen. Basically I hate all Playstation related commercials.

What, even this one?

Come on, that's a classic.

Pretty much any commercial for video game or programming colleges. You'd think a school involved with visual arts would be able to produce commercials that aren't shitty.

Any car/truck commercial. They're all the same, they're all boring, and they all make a big deal about certain features/promotions that don't even matter. I have yet to find a car commercial I like....well, maybe This one.

Because I never actually gave an advert I hated in my last post, I shall do so now and say any and all insurance claims/loans ads. We do not all need to know about how people can take out loans and get out of debt, so shut the fuck up going on about them for fucks sake, we just don't give a fuck! Neither have we all had an accident in the last three years nor desire to sue anyone for any such accidents.

Geico Cavemen commercials.

The first one was cute. Now they're just beating the dead horse.

To be fair, though, that is literally something that's so easy a caveman could do it. And very likely has at some point in history.

My submission for this affair is the fact that, in the weeks and months leading up to any installment of the "Shrek" series, the animators at Dreamworks will create about an hour and a half worth of movie and then animate another 30 hours of material for commercials.

And no, not commercials for Shrek, mind you. These are for Snickers, Sierra Mist, Energizer batteries, Wal-Mart, Baskin-Robbins, and a PSA telling you to go the fuck outside.

Because, you know what? After two fucking months of seeing Shrek characters in every commercial for everything ever, the last thing I want to do is see them some more on the big screen.

The Starburst Berries and Cream commercial. You know which one I'm talking about.

Also, the stupid anti-pot commercials that look like they were drawn on sticky notes by 3-year-olds. FUCKING HATE!
