The Warring States of NPF - Metropolis sign up

The year is 356 After the war era...

[The ad begins. It shows a glowing city of collosal statuary, massive domes glowing like lighted diamonds, Giant scyscrapers covered in lights and gardens.] Welcome to Metropolis. City of one billion people, the world's largest city. [The scene changes to an idealic scene of well dressed and beautiful people walking in a park lined street.] Here life is good. Here civilization thrives. [More scenes of an idealic city life.] Won't you join us?

"All that is a lie. After the great war the earth lay in ruins. The global corporations, the ones who started the war made their bid for power and divided the globe amonst themselves. The corporate city states that emerged imposed an oppressive regime. Metropolis for a time was an exception.

Built on the ruins of a once great city that now lays forgotten entombed under the current infra structure of the city. Metropolis is run by three corporations, The triumvirate. While on the surface metropolis appears as idealic as the commercials make it appear but only 10% of the population of metropolis still lives in the sun. The rest live in the undercity.

Burried under tons of supports, factories, and amonst the ruins of the old city lives the rest of the population. Forced into a slave like existance. Until recently the triumvirate relied on it's labor cespool in the radioactive ruins, now they are relying more on robotic labor. Gang crime is spikeing, and labor strikes. So the triumvirate has sent the brutal police force to keep order. The undercity is a bomb waiting to go off. I should know. I have forseen it."

The hooded blind mutant wanders down another alley ranting about ones who would be more than mere mutations.

Ok All the characters will know each other and be on friendly terms with each other. This will be a scifi rp, but you get one special ability, and don't make it to god mod or I will veto it. You are all mutants so you can look however you want. If you want two extra hands instead of feet, go ahead. Also I reserve the right to veto anything about your character. Your charachters should either be unaware or only subconciously aware of their abilities.

Name: Scott Oli
Nickname: Spark
Age: 19
Appearance: Stubbly bald head. poorly shaven. Chin beard. Electric blue eyes. He always wears goggles. Either on his fore head or over his eyes. His right arm is a cybernetic arm since he was born without a right arm. His left arm is otherwise normal. He typically wears a grease stained white undershirt and oil stained patchwork jeans.
Equipment: Tool kit of tool hands for his arm. Cherry red Phoenix Hover Bike supped up for street racing. boot knif
Special ability: He has the ability to merge with technology. (he is currently unaware of his ability.)
Bio: Scott's parents died when he was ten, during a core meltdown at the fusion plant. They sacrificed themselves to save metropolis from an out of control fusion reaction. He was sent to an orphanage. He was soon adopted by a mechacic who was friends with his parents. The mechanic put him to work as an assistant and soon spark became a skilled mechanic in his own right. He still works with his adopted father, Uncle Leo as he calls him. He also hangs with his friends in the Underground cafe, a cheap diner style restraunt that is willing to ignore age regulations on the sale of alcohol.
Extra: He can feel with his cybernetic arm but he doesn't realize what he feels is more than what the manufacturer intended.
