Name: Garison Harvard
Nickname: Shock
Age: 18
Appearance: Un-naturally pale, and nearly white hair that stands on end (he does this part on purpose, to cultivate the immage)
Equiptment: Not much in the way of electrical equiptment (he always seems to have bad luck with electronics), but he has a comp watch which is tempermental. He also carries about several smoke bombs, collapsable quarterstaff (telescopes), and a kevlar vest.
Special Abilities: He can create a powerful shock effect. At long range (by long, I mean up to 5 feet), it can stun, at touch it can be deadly.
Bio: Abandoned before soon after birth, Shock was adopted by a kindly old martial arts master, who taught him how to defend himself. He lived a happy (if structured) life for his first ten years. Then the old man died, and no one was willing to take him in. He lived the rest of his life on the streets, using what he was taught by the old man to defend himself, while taking odd jobs and stealing a meger living for the rest of his life. Recently, he has taken up becoming a body guard, which has given him enough credits to live comfortably... at least in comparison to his previous life.
Extra:He has combat expertice (the equivolent of a blackbelt in karate, and is self-taught with a quarterstaff). His electric powers, though just developing, are slightly uncontrolable. If he becomes overly excited, he will cause large amounts of static electricity in his general vicinity, throwing off delecate electronics, and causing a mild shock to anyone who touches him.

Age: around 18
Appearance: Chris has short and messy brown hair, and blue eyes. He's about 5'1", and is often laughed at for being so small for his age. He usually wears a black hooded jacket with a navy blue t-shirt underneath. He is overweight, but he isn't skinny either, and he doesn't have very strong muscles.
Equipment: none
Special Ability: Chris can change his body into water; i.e. to soften the damage of punches, or to slip through grates, under doors, etc. He is currently unaware of his powers.
Bio: Chris just suddenly woke up one day when he was around 5 in the Undercity; he didn't know who he was, or anything. A friendly couple of adults took him in, and named him Chris, but he was miserable under their strict supervision, so he ran away when he was around 14. He found the Underground Cafe, and made a couple of friends there. He just started hanging out there, usually doing requests for different people to make a living. He doesn't have enough money to buy a hover bike, although he saves up money for it and is a couple hundred away.
Extra: Chris is always an energetic and optimistic person. He's the kind of guy to always look on the bright side, because it makes his life easier to just think that he could be living worse.
