Most giants aren't that big, maybe 7 or 8 feet. It's a better question to ask how Loki's genitals work. He is the father of Joungarmand the world-serpent, Fenris the wolf and Hel the goddess of death and the mother of Sleipnir the eight-legged horse, you know.

I'm mentioning this so no one thinks Norse gods are any more discriminate in their sexual habits than any others. :)

You know, I will be infinitely disappointed if the whole BM/WM...I hesitate to say...subplotline doesn't come to a climax in an ice cream parlor somewhere with BM ordering onion rings and WM flipping through the jukebox and playing Journey's "Don't Stop Believing".

The incest thing is also sorta avoided in the Bible. I guess putting a man and a woman made out of a man's rib together doesn't sound so much like incest.
